Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the shipping/logistics provider, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may need to be followed.

Returns

Products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with original tags, packaging and accessories, where applicable.

KISHRO offers eligible exchanges within the same 7-day window applicable to returns.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact KISHRO within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are required to provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.
